"This year, we have the opportunity to teach our students not only some Torah, but the how of sharing it. Consider spending time teaching your students how to lead a conversation around a topic at their table. Teaching students the art of conversation and facilitation skills can be a game changer for any seder, especially since so many of us will be having different sedarim than we have had in the past. Consider showing a clip like this about how to lead a conversation.
Discussion Questions:
What kinds of conversations make you want to listen and participate?
What does the facilitator do or not do?
What kinds of moments make you feel like “wow, that was really interesting” afterwards?"
